How do I care for my Lil Rocker Wrap?
We recommend that Lil Rocker Wraps be washed by hand or in the washing machine using
the cold water cycle only & hung out to dry in the shade. There is a care instruction label on all
products to ensure that you have a great looking product all the time.
For information on other items designed by Lil Rockers Australia, this section will be updated
when new items are added.
How do I choose the right size?
All products are sized & are advised in the item description. If you require further information,
please do not hesitate to contact us via email – info@lilrockers.com.au.
Do you do custom orders?
We are happy to provide custom orders & have been contacted by many a school for their
students. For pricing & further information, please contact us direct as custom orders will
incur a surcharge depending on the quantity you would like to order.
What are the payment methods?
Payments to Lil Rockers Australia are accepted via the following methods: Direct Deposit,
Paypal, Money Order or Cheque. Please be advised that your order will not be sent until
payment has been cleared.
How much is postage & delivery?
Domestic postage is charged as per the following:
All orders up to the value of $150 is $8.00.
All orders over $150, postage is free.
Postage of Gift Certificates is free.
All “In Stock” items will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment.
We ship via Australia Post Express Post & Registered Post only & you will need to select your
preference on ordering. Should you require another method of delivery, please advise at the
time of ordering & we will contact you direct.
For any items that aren’t in stock at the time of your order, or for custom orders, we will
contact you direct with details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we will ship to countries outside of Australia. Please ensure that you make comment
on your order so that we can quote you the exact shipping charge to your country.
